Bro she’s stupid to excommunicate him alone like that.
Girl, he was YOUR GUARD, you need him because you can fend for yourself. And also it allows her to exert her authority as the Counts daughter.
Yet her guard had been shamed, humiliated and the woman he loves says he’s going to be kicked entirely. he’s an evil and desperate man who has more than enough power to overpower her. that’s not the situation you disown someone like that. especially alone. she’s stupid. I know they didn’t write the script for him to try and take/kill her but really its a ln obvious choice for someone like that guard at that point.
