To get to the hospital from the bronze & silver car, you need to go through the baths.
To get to the hospital from the gold car, you need to go through the swimming pool.
If you eat in the luxury restaurant and suffer food poisoning, they’ll bring you through the swimming pool into the vegetable garden before reaching the hospital.
Someone who wants to go swimming after their bath, needs to go through the hospital to do so. Or vice versa.
The way this train is structured is hilarious.
