this thing with this manga mc isnt stupid like most he know he student love him in romantic way and he willing to kills for those who have well gone to far or have hurt is friends or student be quick or torture death and is treated seriously is not threat he do it.
the problem is manga we dont know anything about his dad until now at least with noble teacher we got to spend a little time with his to build up to his death but his dad and well dragon criminal just had like no long build up just drop then killed 2 chapter later or torture in this case hell we didnt even know he had brother.

I mean…It’s the same with that teacher earlier, I feel nothing from this. They just dropped this character out of nowhere, make him an asshole just for the sake of dishing out “justice” on him. WE’VE ONLY KNOWN HIM FOR 2 CHAPTERS! He’s barely done anything and they just took the shortcut with him to make him unlikeable just so people can feel a cheap sense of retribution with his suffering. He’s just a throwaway character and he’s the MC’s freaking father! I feel like there should be some more significance there.
