I actually shed tears from this. This is the character development that could change any review to 5 stars.
So the timeline is below.
MC and Her is in genuine love.
Her sister symptoms got worst.
She got stressed.
Resort to leeching off MC.
AFTER Leeching him to the bone.
She realized this is not good, she is destroying him and herself so she dip.
Welp, I guess her family is just a victim of life and had to resort to ruining MC life, ig her sister died anyways so that broke her.
