I have a theory. These bad-endings are actually like fallen angels and they didn’t fall willingly. I think these angels don’t know that fact and someone took angels in the past and created those bad endings secretly and is maybe even an angel himself(That old angel dude was a little sus). And this “SMILE” is targeting the player possessed angel and like almost said her name. So i think it was like the angel’s brother/lover/father that have fallen. I could just be really wrong tho. Read a manhwa with this plot and it was the leader of the group that was making the monsters. So if this turns out to be true i bet it is the king/leader of the angels here too
