They can’t cancel the admins order that started the cataclysm, but they somehow unbanned him even though he was permabanned by the admin?

I heard this was rushed at the end but figured since it was finished I’d reread and catch up to where I left off. Might be a rush job but eh I enjoy these capsule ones a lot. Just wish there was more.
