wait …hold up….leme get this straight….mc was the fanboy of the guy who is now the fanboy of the original fanboy who came from the future. 
Now their position have reverse. The MC is the idol and the Combat God is the fan.

So this character is actually written pretty well. He’s a stand up guy, and used to be the idol of MC, but that relationship is now reversed; MC is the idol of the guy. He’s also just genuinely amazed by MC, and not some sort of jealous dick who will send guildmembers to feed MC kills. Good writing.
