In 90 days, he had to lose 231000 calories of fat, in other words be in that much of a deficit. If we say 231000/90, we get 2566 calories of a deficit. If he worked out everyday at 100 kg bodyweight around 180 cm tall, his TDEE would be 3857, about 3900. If he ate 1400 calories a day, which is what most women eat a day, he would be able to lose the weight. The lack of loose skin is the sus part, but it is entirely doable naturally.
