Hard to accept the idea that a known criminal group is allowed to block the advancement of everyone at our MC’s level because they control the access to the necessary hunting area. 
That would be like letting a gang control the only highway through an area, keeping everyone in their area in poverty, yet the higher authorities do nothing. The only way this makes sense is if the Adventurer Guild in the area wants this to happen for the sake of some kind of payout. 
Banning specific power groups to specific regions is… very strange concept. Especially when some higher level places give you less income than lower ones. Not many would sign up to being adventurers or leveling up their class with such crappy incentives.

Also Uriel, I guess she still hasn’t gotten use to being young and beautiful again.
Though I don’t know why she has a time limit on her stay.
