You know, I like these antagonists changing their ways after being soundly defeated by a few kids doing the impossible. Isabella and Lewis were supposed to be invincible, so when they were beaten, they couldn’t pretend their world was still the same.
It’s a classic trope, I know. But it’s very well done here.
