i think anna knows maria became an assasin for her sake, she kept doing it because shes the best at it, so she can keep anna out of that world, so anna wants to defeat shue to show that she too can be like her sister, and they should share the burden, and the only way to do that is to prove to shue that shue can be killed by anna therefore proving to maria that they can do it together or better yet retire shue from that business entirely by removibg the ‘shue’ persona by “killing her”
