I get that the author wants a sense of drama, but his depictions of Enisha this time around, she just ignored her own advice to the rest of her forces, and let her emotions get the better of her. Fortunately she recovered, but this isn’t the first time she’s ever faced Avartia. She should have been at least mentally prepared that he’d pull dirty tricks like these.
