This is one of the most realistic Zombie Stories I’ve read. Why? Because at any moment the Government of Korea could’ve easily stopped this if they wanted. But they didn’t want to. Instead, they want this Zombie Apocalypse to prolong.
This is what is so unrealistic about Zombie Apocalypse Movies or TV Shows or Comics. A bunch of untrained survivors with guns can easily wipe out zombie hordes, but the Government and Military couldn’t? Bruh. But in this Manhwa, though the Korean Government didn’t intend for the Zombie Apocalypse to start so early, they still allowed it to spread. In the early Chapters we were literally shown how the Korean Government is ruining everything, by ordering Military Soldiers to not do anything productive and stay in places with heavy amounts of Zombies, and with dwindling supplies.
The second most realistic Zombie Apocalypse I’ve read, is “Return Survival”, because if it isn’t the Government that’s behind the Zombie Apocalypse and allowed it to get worse for evil Reasons. Then it’s God’s playing around. (You can also add the Resident Evil Franchise, cuz it’s the Governments, Dictatorships, Cults, Serial Killer Families, Isolated Communities and Big Corporations.).
Also, in this world, they actually acknowledge the term “Zombie”. 🤣👍
