So far bites guarantee infection, but the girl seems to be immune or slowed the infection by using ice + small infected spot.
The strong guy from the trio was also scratched and nothing happened.

We knew small wound makes the infection way slower, so maybe small wound + cut off + cold water could let her body fight a weakened virus

I see… Signs of immunity. But not guaranteed fully immune. Might just be slow. Might be temporary.
