Damn l thought he put it in strength but that changed my mind OP amount of health + instant recovery = nobody can kill you unless instant kill.
CON/Health was the best choice he could have made
Dude got no dignity, walking around naked all the time and a plot excuse comes for it, worst part is I’m sure someone dumb enough to make these choice irl exists.
I kept thinking about his first encounter with urus he is kinda slow compared to the monsters and didn’t have unlimited hp so they should be able to one shot him before he swings his stick 
I feel like this is one punch man without the speed but honestly with the highest atk i would choose to up my constitution to be the ultimate attacker and defender too
The story is fun but the author did not put enough thoughts about its ‘game and economic mechanics, which is sad and break the immersion.
The choice of CON seems good, like a boss nightmare tanking and one shoting u, as mapple did in BOFURI, but contrary to her, he can’ t have bunch of equipement to adapt (maybe transformation or familair later he will have ?)
So if high ranker just hit and run while using mental effect he will be fucked…
To say the least he even doesn’t have sufecient reflexes to avoid a meticulously planned and trapped batlle.

Okay, so basically he’s unkillable since any single hit’s damage is capped, and he regens all hp instantly.
Additionally, he has 2^99 dmg.
Excellent.
