Pretty good for a slop manhua, I guess. The story elements designed to build up tension are such obvious retreads that you have to really want this to work to enjoy it. It’s masturbatory nonsense that left me irritated. Not sure why the comments are about the sexy assistant, she’s not shocking and she’s barely in it, anyway. Up to ch. 8, I’d skip but some will have fun.
Summary: Demon presented as The Confucian Gentleman is practically omnipotent but makes contracts with vulnerable people, then rewrites the contract so they couldn’t pay (unnecessary, they weren’t going to), then just takes what he wanted by force anyway. Repeat.
