This art style looks REALLY familiar, i am remembering another betrayal manga where the protagonist is summoned and ends up eating and undead and becoming undead himself. “No life king” or something similar?
It had very good potential but fell into a very generic adventurer magic school route

An interesting idea, but a mediocre execution. There are more chapters, it looks like it made it to 14 before it got the axe. I think I see why the translators abandoned it.
Summary: MC was weak and betrayed to die in the wilderness but the hostile magic that’s killing humanity got inside him and now he’s OP.
