I don’t think Felice is the demon lord of the Lost World talked about at the start of the manga. I believe she is one of these potentially countless demon lords of countless lost worlds.
Notice how Lala was right behind him when he was using his wide range detection magic but he did not notice her? My theory of her being a school spy seems likely. The purpose of the school is kind of strange. Are they testing character to see who is worthy of keeping their powers? Are they trying to encourage a death game to whittle down the heroes numbers? Could be either right now. Could be both.
I know the teacher girl is a bitch threw and threw, though i’m not sure she’s evil. Rose on the other hand is undoubtably the main antagonist if not for the whole series then at least this section of the series, and as someone else suggested on past chapters she is probably at least in part responsible for the drugs being spread around the school
