Mabey this is personal bias but tech is most impressive small and sleek, I would not be impressed by that tank computer. And it would have worked better for the story. 
Just realised if even steel overheated and exploded wont his head explode at some point?
How did the chip go in there? Did it just pierced through? When the mc is caught talking to the ai, people around his will thinks that he got some serious mental problems lmao, and hallucinations.
A cyborg… a wifi connection of some sort, and an AI as a new companion who he can never get rid of… Almost be like magic to some degree.
But, wouldn’t it be easier to just let the AI have access to a digital library to re-accumulate all the information it wants?
if I could customize the Ai I definitely would not make it a big boobed oppai with thighs that could make a grown man cry

The AI must be a transcended being from Murim world, otherwise, how else would you explain it’s functionality only from a small chip
No correlation data about tickling ear, well my personal experience says there is, but rather takes different forms, not as tickling ear in my experience…
But the concept is interesting though
