For those that forgot why the MC would be in that dungeon again:
1) The survey team leader offered to recheck the dungeon with Dion after the discussion about the Survey Corp not actually required to completely conquer a dungeon.
2) The Guild Master said she’d contact multiple people for a rescue attempt, so maybe she also requested Dion and/or the survey team leader.
Finally they are reunited!
Well that’s a LI style backstory if ever I’ve seen one. Hope we’ll get a harem type relationship going with MC dating both his girls
