What is the effect for the penalties ? This b!tch have got many penalties but these do pretty much nothing. Still after each penalty have too much power and even the power that dont get penalties don’t get weaker cause of the penalties.
If they have so much power and influence then why can’t they just send some upper floor to eliminate the lower floor people and use the power that have penalties to wipe out the people ? Like they have millions of people in higher floors they can use or force to make them do it
