Everything about the tower is basically impossible with all the powers and so on. So why would reincarnation be impossible if the tower with the powers is possible ?
And in the start of the chapter where Cain cries “i will never forgive you” Like who the heck cares ? When nobody even ask for it from a person who deserve the same fate.
Also it’s karma as these people went against the tower by controlling the tower and not letting people to climb it as why the tower was made for.
