They had to gang up on him to kill him. Surprise attack even that was tough going. They now know who ghost face is but still going on one by one sending assassin’s that fail. and get still think they’ve solo him. Yeah he not high climbed in current body but has all the info from.before to make at a lot faster gaining power.
Either gang up on him again or run for your lifes( well.will be run for your soul’s now). Tell the elite four of nothings done then just abandon tower and pray he don’t find you on earth

What are the penalties even in this tower ? They dont explain it. They just get a penalty but it does not change a thing as the powerful attack will still work and the penalty have not done anything as fas as trough 76 chapters we have seen.
All we see that they get penalty and they say that they dont care. So the penalties are just too weak and make no sense when it’s not fared
