Spoilers for the beautiful viewers:the mc IS a descendant of the Blood demon,but not from him exactly,just his brother who founded the sect the mc’s mother was the next leader by blood relationship. So,Brother of the Blood Demon=>mother’s great grandfather=>mother’s grandfather=>mother’s father=>mother was running away after the destruction of the sect…yeah,no, I’m not spoiling the whole CRATE of worms,maybe I will feel generous enough at some point! 😁
I wonder, is Woonhwi weaker than the evil spirit now that he has control over his body? Technically the strength and Qi boost should apply to him as well, as the source should’ve been the sword not the spirit? Or was the spirit a peak level martial artist and the youngsters were able to survive against him cuz he played with them?.. Kinda unsure if the author nerfed the sword to give the MC a challenge, or if the evil spirit the MC defeated was a major part of the sword’s strength.
