It’s sad, but not once in the entirety of human history has reality and logic EVER managed to sway ANYONE who believed they are right. The only way to truly get through to them is to hope that reality crushes their views quickly before they harm too many others. Unfortunately, since people are incredibly clever it’s not something that happens often enough. The only other option is to wait until they have destroyed so much that you can get rid of them without any guilt from fallout due to their crimes; though depending on the power of the person that can also take several decades.
