Holy Crap things have got dark since the start of his journey.
Told you already. It is well written manga and different story… 
damn when i started this manhwa i didn’t expect anything to deep/traumatizing, i thought it would be an episodic adventure of gray just trying to make the world better/get it to accept him but i never expected consequences for his actions especially not so big ones, but i am happy it turned out this way because i think this is one of the best manhwa when it comes to how the real world works even though it has magic and angels and stuff because there is not real a happy ending at least not for everyone and everything has consequences that don’t just disappear with time or because the mc apologized.
It still happened and there is no way to reverse your actions even if you try everything, nothing can be undone and that’s why gray compared to other mcs actually has to learn properly and fast from his mistakes because he isn’t the only one affected. There is also never one solution for everything and you are gonna make mistakes even if you try and work really hard for it, you will need help at some point and that’s ok because you won’t know the perfect solution for everything no matter how smart/strong you are since you can mostly just see events from your perspective and that’s hard to change.
Also nearly all the other characters are well written and have their own motivations/personalities, that explain why they think/act the way they do just like gray.
This is just bs, but its how human brain work… It dont.
