“Enough staring at me silently” would be a more literal translation.
Хватит means “Enough”
Note that глазеть is a bit offensive way to describe the act of looking at smth.
молча – silently
на меня – at me

Literal raslation: Forget everything that you’ve seen!
Забудь – forget (ordering/telling someone to)
всё – everything
что – in this context it’s meaning is more close to “that”. If you remember my previous lessons you remember what else it means.
