That’s one of the saddest things about suffering trauma… No matter what awful thing someone experienced, it still happened and it can’t be undone. The best that a traumatized person can do is try to find something to be happy about and invest in that. It’s heartbreaking in the best case
The manga didn’t explain that the compatibility of her and the lolicon guy was going up to near the critical level, but she was given to Yoshitsune by the other soldiers right before it happened. If things went on a little longer she would have been forced to have good feelings for the lolicon guy.
Or at least that’s how I understood it to be in the webnovel. The light novel may be different. The compatibility percentage was becoming dangerously high. Lolicon guy was trying to get the percentage high enough so she would forced to like him and then he could try to have her all to himself.
It does indeed seem that the “assistants” have been given goals by the royalty somehow to prep them for their arrival…
Maybe the mc will find a way to gain those programming rights… and then give the next summoned heroines ways to protect themselves?
That is, once he frees her from the control somehow, this seems to be a setup chapter showing that she can fully recover her sanity/control after Conditions are met?
