There are lots of complaints that the computer technology is inaccurate for the 1950s.
I’m pretty sure that the superpowers, omnipotent system, portals, dungeons, teleportation, isekai summoning and talking aliens are also inaccurate for the 1950s…
…(not to mention that people in the 1950s didn’t look like comic book figures only speaking via speech bubbles)…
but…

I wish artists would draw 1950s technology more accurately.
It really spoils the believability of fantasy stories when they get it wrong.

That is not how computers, printers or labs looked in the 50s.
If you want to know what a state of the art PC of 1956 looked like, look no further than the Bendix G-15. Usagi (youtube) has restoration videos, how it is started up (still in a somewhat broken state, but they managed to get the PSU working. To power up the PSU is a complicated multi step process). Later how the test programs are run.
And even later they played doom on it. Well, the doom title song.
Which makes that hunk of metal officially less computational powerful than a 2022 pregnancy test.
