Bad Born Blood - Chapter 24

Lets go with what everyone states as true. Only a noble can manipulate the robots during manufacturing or shipment. Giselle has a male stalker who likes to watch her from afar. Barbara does not know what is going on. Barbara changes voice and attitude for moments. Most low born swap out portions of their body with machine parts but we’ve yet to see Barbara replacements that make her great enough to be sponsored. 

The theory:
Enrico Lakan being the one behind the android attacks makes sense—his obsession with Giselle means he’s always nearby, and if he has a way to control robots, he could be orchestrating things from the shadows. Barbara’s odd voice and attitude shifts could be signs that she’s being remotely influenced or even partially synthetic herself. The fact that most lowborn enhance themselves with machine parts but Barbara’s upgrades remain unseen could hint that her enhancements are more than just physical—maybe she’s an advanced android or has hidden tech allowing Enrico to control her.

If this is true, then Enrico might be using Barbara as a puppet while keeping his hands clean, manipulating events without drawing suspicion. That would also explain how Barbara had inside knowledge about Luka’s location—because Enrico, lurking as always, saw it firsthand.

A big question remains: what’s Enrico’s true goal? Is it just about Giselle, or is there something larger at play?
