Bad Born Blood - Chapter 6
Comments for chapter "Chapter 6"
Luka is your typical overachieving muscle head. So driven to reach his goal he is paranoid of almost everything else.
Haha… How fun observing situation around that full-fledged cyborg or even AI machine, come to think of, according to our instructor, the reason, why that imperial guard was conflicted about not having his brain intact – is just “phantom limb syndrome”, though, to be honest, this doesn’t really answers to question. Even if he had that syndrome, why he was fully operational and aware even after losing his only computing power, human brain, considering that he was a cyborg with only a small amount of his previous body intact, including brain.
I have two theories, that came to my mind:
It’s seems, that Accretian Empire’s not joking around and happens to be very transhumanistic nation so don’t mind violent guess.
- Hub of process. Essentially a room, filled with all kinds of drugs and monitoring personal, that contains brains of numerous officers, generals, basically a highest military echelon, or if we consider the fact, that MC’s instructor knows for sure, what the deal with imperial guard incident, seems like, that room contains only the brains of imperial guards, because that’s a very pragmatic approach to military command hierarchy – imperial guard only receives command, and must do only what’s required. Or there’s no sense, why a mere instructor, even highest among the rest instructors, knows that information, perhaps it can be the former, due to some patriotic and utopian reasons (from the point of view of instructor), about being capable and willing serving to the last, however I doubt it. We all humans and we know, what would do the most corrupt/immoral politicians if they have sufficient technology and “workhorse”.
- Ascended Machine intelligence. What I mean by ascended, has very little of that word, because the very people might not fully comprehended what meant “to serve even after their deaths”. Forceful digitalization was the answer, probably very painful too, regardless, imperial guard was happy to accept the final verdict, right? Even in their last moments as a human being there was only a felling of fulfilment, surely not a everlasting regret… Nothing much to talk of, due to how similiar those theories are, perhaps there must some kind of database with cooling equipment and monitoring personal, containing digitalizied imperial guard/officers brain scans, ready to be deployed.
Both of theories are brutal and inhuman, I like it certainly. Oh, want to add, that these theories imply, that truly/physically and even mentally losing even one imperial guard is unacceptable, that’s why in my theories, there most certainly must be storage for brains/database of “valued” personal and even some precautions about “resetting” a imperial guard mentally, when they face cognitive crisis like this incident, shown in series. Yeah, this is very fun to read, enjoy your time too, good luck.
so these soldiers are similiar to the marines of warhammer40k. they are enhanced humans with blind loyalty to the emperor, who only exist to fight and kill.
did mc only got cybernetic legs or did he augment all below his abdomen….. if its the later i feel bad for him
strength doesn’t work like that, you are only as strong as your weakest link, and since half his body, mostly the torso has human muscles, his limb augments do nothing to increase full body strength, and every punch/kick martial technique utilizes the whole kinetic chain of the body. Instructor bigger = more power, unless mc recieves full body aug, than yes he can be as many times as strong as the instructor as the tech allows him. What’s more baffling, in this high tech society, a combat AI that can’t think at superhuman precision, decision making and thousands of times faster, would be infinitely better in a robot than any human regardless of augments, but that would ruin the story, because we would have no protagonists. Actually, AI made bioweapons, cyberweapons, and robots would render any type of human biology obsolete, just the way it will in the next few years. Integration with AI is the only way to progress, but you can’t write a story about hyper intelligent god like beings because you can’t possibly correctly fathom that universe, the same way a bug can’t imagine what it’s like being a human
hmm it’s risen force online game set up ^_^
I think the choice of color is very interesting, because black and red are typpically used for villains whereas white and bleu are used for good guys. And the friendly richkid had from white armor and bleu eyes from the beginning, while the mc just got white armor this chap as in saying he got closer to being a good guy.
The main reason I like Mc is him being strong and not being reincarnated having a dream or cheat system makes it fresh.
Wow she’s gorgeous!
No time for women, focus only on the empire

its not all bad, he can order to have large dong then prolly already has semen sample saved in lab
