Typical brain dead world. You have an artifact that can’t be broken by any human in the history of that 15 years as even their best and strongest. And then come along someone that breaks it and they give him 100 million fine and F Rank
In a realistic world someone with the power to break something like that should be like SSS or EX rank as the top number 1 in the world. He didn’t only break the device but also ended the constellation too
Bruh you’re telling me only one of these agencies wanted to even take a chance on this behemoth of a man. The man who destroyed the indestructible strength measurement artifact with aura alone. 
He should have just the artifact was at fault since it broke apart without him touching it now he is in debt of 100m and with bad contract dumb
