It has all the potential to be a really good read, but it just falls so flat in many areas. The MC is very powerful and has a clear goal, but just lets himself be dragged around by the collar. The story begins to feel rushed at points and also all over the place. It is just hoop jump after hoop jump. MC is INCREDIBLY powerful compared to modern day Hunters, but he is constantly treated like a nobody and forced to do panel wasting tasks.
2/5 I do not recommend unless you are up to date on all the good stuff and very bored.

What is the point of hunters association when it’s full of totally useless waste of space people ? It’s so typical with these Manhwa where they don’t reach even 2 digits in IQ with all these hunter associations testing. The exam give a hunter a rank based on the power they have in numbers by punching a wall but they give mc F rank for showing a power where it’s aura only already destroy the artifact while also in public people see how a constellation is on it’s knees and then takes support away from some other guy who offended mc while also take support away from his family members too. Not enough proof of power to be like the strongest person of the world have ever seen and they just give F rank as the bottom rank while also fine him with 100 million von.
Thats just few first chapters and it gets worse with the logic.

Smoldering hot garbage. Imagine if doomslayer suddenly had terms and conditions on how he can kill demons every time he tries to do anything.
Plot drama happens because the author wanted it, while critical thinking goes out the window.
For example, dude is a one man army from the past, demonstrates that he’s able to show power that overwhelms the modern day gods. Tens of people are witnesses to it, combined with historians knowing about his past deeds. But somehow, everyone’s braincells revert to a toddler’s that cant acknowledge that MC is a singularity beyond measure and starts him off with a generic F-rank misunderstanding trope for 10 chapters and more.
Instead of helping the guy with his main goal, to hunt demons, they waste time… sending him to school. For reasons. Avoid, the art is just disguising a golden turd that could’ve been great.

Why does he conform to modern social norms immediately and get scammed… come on, he’s supposed to be a barbarian and not a gerneric dumby who gets scammed following rules. Very promising start that goes downhill immediatly. He should do what he wants, he should not conform to modern hunting norms, and he shouldn’t be tied down.

This Manga’s main character and backstory and “setting” is the only interesting thing about it. The Story is bland, the characters are underwhelming, the overall plot is horrible, the pacing is abysmal, and the author doesn’t know what they’re doing with it.
It’s like handing someone a masterwork of an unfinished clay sculpture and the person finishing the rest just butchers it until it’s a hideous version of what it was supposed to be: The Manga.
1.2/5 or 2/10 rating from me.
