She has not once delivered on the fighting style Grim’Wahr promised readers. She has NEVER dispelled a foe’s magic then punched him. She’s not doing it here either; she’s punching to disrupt.
Side note, there’s no way nobody uses strengthening magic. There are definitely mages that move like that.
