I didn’t understand goofy of what happened with the, seemingly, red-haired lady. Would anyone be so kind as to explain it to me?

If the game features a “world” that’s against the hero, and now his sister is introduced, there will likely be an attack soon in which the sister should have died, but is saved by the MC, since he knows about it.
