So far really solid, the mc is just an ordinary person using his strategic knowledge and pure hard-work as he tries to protect everyone and support the hero. 8.7/10
I dislike action and this made action interesting 
This is really story driven actually compared to normal standard of this type of generic isskai. The MC is actually good this time around and not just another copy and paste, he decisive and will do anything he can. The deuteragonist, the original protag, is not just a background character but actually play an active role while maintaining a good relationship with everyone in the story. The cover for this website is not the same as the art style so I guess it is for the novel or early design, the actual art style differ alot from it. The only downside is that we don’t know how often a new chapter is added because translation already almost caught up with the raw, so be prepared for it to be randomly dropped or forgotten.
Pretty good story. It’s nothing new, but the pace is really good and the characters are likable. MC is not automatically OP, or rather he’s not OP at all.
I really like this story hope it keeps getting translated.

MC is too humble for his sake. I just hope the main heroine and the hero actually fall in love to each other and not that “I’m the MC but for some reason I also got the main heroine to fall in love with me” bullshit that other isekai-game been doing.

I’m caught up to 17.2 – binged this over several hours. Frankly speaking, this is great. The art is chef’s kiss, and the way characters act (especially the MC) is logical.
the plot is generic – this is a game world that the MC is familiar with and somehow he’s in it. just like anyone who plays games deeply, you end up remembering and memorizing details, events, scenarios, sights and sounds, etc. The MC is methodical – he writes the details he remembers but because this could be sacrilege if read, he makes sure to burn them. he does this over and over to make sure he continues to remember details but this is just given a slight mention in one of the chapters; it’s enough to give us a glimpse on the mind of the MC.
he also doesn’t just tell people the entire plot, he knows they’ll think he’s insane (or worse) and might negatively impact the overall plot. he wants to survive but he knows as someone without skills or talent, he has to train and work for it. he’s not overly proud or paranoid and has a steady persona so it’s easy to follow his thinking and the reasoning is also logical and comprehensible.
and just like in the game where the mechanics may not be fully explained (“what even is magic???”), MC knows that for him to survive, he needs to understand how things work so he researches and collaborates with experts in the field. he also doesn’t hoard knowledge and shares it but he also knows it’s not feasible to let everyone have it (like gathering gear to arm his soldiers, but he knows you can’t arm ALL the soldiers so he thinks up strategies to make the most of what he’s got).

all in all, an interesting read. reminds me of Maoyuu: Maou Yuusha/Demon King and Hero where the thinking of a character is revolutionary compared to the time, setting, and environment. perfect 5 outta 7, definitely recommend for anyone who likes this genre. and while each chapter is sizeable, the only downfall is the amount of wait in between uploads.
