Is MC telling us that he doesn’t remember treating a red-headed “boy”, his first patient, just less than 10 years ago?
One could even argue that the strong emotions product of the deaths of his parents should’ve fixated that particular memory.
A little annoying that Author-sama keeps abusing of “blurry memory”, but not that big of a deal.
