Both MC and Ari are psychos
its just that both are going about it in different ways
Ari is very manipulative and probably a pathological liar, her emotions go from 1-100 whenever she tries to feel them
not to mention she can only really feel that kind of emotions when she watches something horrible. A proper psycho
While MC possess traits of one, taking apart the legs of bugs is one although if MC hadnt been abused by his dad he would’ve turned out more like Ari
but that being said due to him being abused he becomes more of a sociopath than a psychopath with his almost uncontrolled anger and him naturally being able to look like the victim he falls in the gray line of being a psycho or a sociopath
The only difference between a psychopath and a sociopath is that psychos are born to be psychos (and are usually calm) and sociopaths are made from abused victims, nurtured instead of being born one (and are also more explosive with there emotions than psychopaths)
