Me when Barou devours Isagi so good = mangareader64
I think somone in here likes barou
props to the guy that glazed barou so bad he defined ‘devoured/devour’ and told its origin
he devoured isagi SO GOOD that i made this just for him The word “devoured” is a term with rich connotations and wide-ranging applications, originating from the Latin word “devorare,” which itself is composed of “de-” meaning “completely” or “thoroughly” and “vorare,” which means “to swallow” or “to consume,” thus giving the combined meaning of “to consume completely, thoroughly, or voraciously”; in its most literal sense, it refers to the physical act of eating something in an eager, greedy, or ravenous manner, as when a hungry predator such as a lion devours its prey, an image that evokes primal instincts of survival and raw consumption, where the flesh, bones, and remains are consumed with an urgency and fervor that leave no trace behind, suggesting a complete and total consumption of the object, and when applied to human behavior, the term can describe someone eating food with similar eagerness, such as a person devouring an elaborate feast after hours of starvation, a scene that captures not just the act of eating but the fervent need and satisfaction that come with it; however, the term is not confined to literal eating and extends into metaphorical usage, where it can describe actions, emotions, or events in which a person or thing is wholly engrossed, overpowered, or consumed—one common metaphorical use is “devouring” a book, which paints the image of someone so captivated and immersed in the content of the book that they read it rapidly, completely, and with intense focus, as though it were being ingested for sustenance, a depiction that reflects the reader’s intellectual hunger and passion for knowledge or entertainment; similarly, the term can be applied to emotions, as in the phrase “devoured by guilt,” which suggests that the emotion has overtaken the individual entirely, consuming their thoughts, mind, and soul in a manner that leaves little room for anything else, thereby illustrating the intense and overwhelming power of emotions like guilt, jealousy, or desire; in a broader sense, the term is often used to describe the destructive power of external forces, such as when fire “devours” a forest, an expression that evokes vivid imagery of flames licking and engulfing trees, shrubs, and everything in their path with insatiable hunger, leaving behind nothing but ash and devastation, and this destructive sense of the word can also apply to abstract forces like time, as in the philosophical observation that “time devours all things,” a reflection on the inevitability of decay, transformation, and the relentless progress of time, which consumes everything in its path, reducing even the mightiest of empires and the most vibrant of lives to mere memories or relics of the past; furthermore, in literature and art, “devoured” serves as a powerful, evocative tool for creating intense imagery, whether to illustrate the destruction wrought by natural forces or the depth of human experience, as in the way a starry-eyed lover might be described as devouring every detail of their beloved’s face with their gaze, emphasizing their intense focus and absorption in the moment, or how a captivating performance might devour the attention of the audience, leaving them spellbound and completely engaged; the term’s versatility extends into modern usage, where it is casually applied to describe indulgent activities such as binge-watching a television series or engrossing oneself in a hobby, as when one says they “devoured the entire season of a show in one night,” implying not only the speed and eagerness with which the activity was undertaken but also the pleasure and obsession involved in completing it, making “devoured” a word that encapsulates not only the act of consuming but also the intensity, urgency, and thoroughness with which the act is carried out, whether in the literal sense of eating or the metaphorical sense of being consumed by emotions, ideas, or passions, all of which make it a richly layered and highly evocative word with applications in everyday life, artistic expression, philosophical reflection, and beyond.

HIORI MY LOVEEEE
uahghggh longer chapters pleaseee
cant wait for next chapter
Bro stil didnt get picked like damn when is that mf rven gonna do something in the manga he hasnt done anything yet bro💀💀💀
Let me know if I am wrong, But Hiori argument was not entirely logical too
Noa was in the match for 3 minutes with isagi and Noa can clearly see what isagi envisions yet they still couldn’t meet to match up their expectations.
Hiori said they need 2 isagi on the pitch but when Noa was there were already 2.
if he had said they need 3 isagi that means they need Noa now which is not gonna be possible
Dont get me wrong the following chapters will be lit and I am all in for Hiori as well, its just as Noa mentioned its not logical. He shuted down Isagi’s idea so why not Hiori’s as well

I think mangareader64 might like Barou, just as lil bit tho 🤷🏾♂️
