But they also clearly have memories of NOT committing the crimes so wouldn’t a mind-reader be able to tell that they have two sets of memories?
Also, as the Agency are victims of this process like everyone else, then shouldn’t the other witness also have two sets of memories? Why should only the Agency remember reality?
