Typical behavior of a stray. Always hungry, always concerned not getting a meal, never wasting “food”.
Like our current dog:
- Was a street rescue, came in total overweight (has hip problems, so that’s a no no)
- Will be happy when get dry stale bread or a carrot as treat. (Helps manage her intake)
- Loves you more for getting food, ever since it’s on diet.
- Had to be muzzled since it eats anything it finds. And people set out baits to injure and or kill pets. Either with rat poison (actually so low dose it doesn’t kill rats which have become resistant) or with sharp metal objects (needles, broken razorblades) or both. Yeah. People like those made me lose faith in humanity.
