Seems people are not understanding the girl’s drive.
She wants to kill the Queen, so she can get recognition and a place of power. A place of power were she could give her sister a better life.
Her line of though was basically:
- Kill Queen
- Get rewarded
- ???
- Sister is now safe!
Of course, she is being short sighted as people rightfully realized that if she had succeeded, war would have been in full swing, thus causing life for all to become worse.
The demon girls’s logic :
Sister > The entire fate of the demon race and the human race

Always start with indoctrinating the children away from the parents. It’s all good clean fun till they indoctrinate yours. If it’s a kingdom run school they’d either need a grand conspiriakii but probably get a piss poor conspirakii that makes broken adults or with the queens complicity and adding in the schools have a uniform program.
They have no national mass media to coopt so it’s not going to be done in under a century. They would need to create an army from the coopted schools to then take over all the mechanisms in the way. But they are in a monarchy with entrenched interests and a caste system from hades. Eh right light novel my bad. 😉
