I wish the author would start writing cohesive stories again, I’m only reading atp bc I’m along for the ride. What started off smooth is a bumpy third world train ride at this point.
ROMANCE: Bro momo has lost all her memories and aira has been developing so much- that’s all thrown away in two panels? And she still acts the same? And when they get to momo there’s no mention of it at all? So cliche and elementary.
ACTION: I miss turbo granny powers and having to think about what the enemies do. Everything in here is like a 10v1 for the past 80 chapters and useless okarun is annoying. I don’t even want him to get turbo granny powers back, let him evolve something new. But we have seal man, scissor man, the author is just throwing some bullshit at us man 😭
WRITING: aira had some good writing, I bet that’s done now. There’s a million side chars that never got rly developed, it’s making the serpo look like shining examples of developed characters lmao. Jiji is written well recently but he has like 2% screen time and hasn’t used evil eye in forever
Overall I think this series is coming to an end soon and early Dan da Dan was definitely peak, but the plot has been lost. Might be an unpopular opinion, but I only say it bc I liked the series a lot, I’m not being a hater I have actual criticisms.
Tbh I wish manga and manhwa would stop relying on the cliché of the MC being hopelessly in love with one person and never letting go. For once, I’d like to see more series do something like Naruto, where relationships develop in a different way. But I’m not talking about Momo and Okarun I actually think they work really well together and have great chemistry.
