The guy in a locker is obviously Manjiro. And that scene happens in the same airport we saw in chapter 191. That means that the guy we have seen since chapter 200 is not Manjiro,as also hinted at the end of chapter 227. Possibly, he was Shinobi in disguise, or someone else at the service of Count Saint Germain.
If true, this may imply that the ogre club “Manjiro” gave to Ken in chapter 200 was not a gift by Seiko, but, possibly, one by Count Saint Germain, possibly to allow Ken having some powers to drain. I mean, it seems from chapter 169 that the Count knows Ken is without Turbo Granny’s powers, and so he might have tried to get the boy having some substitute powers for his scope. Which I doubt it would be making Vlad Delacroix kind of a supreme being. I think Delacroix is just a vessel for the Count’s real scope, which is still to be revealed.
