I hate how people are hating x or y character becuase they are all written without terrible flaws. They aren’t suppoed to be villians the first brother is simply coping with the lost sister by self improvement and the second one just couldn’t accept the fact that someone was put as a subsitute as a loved family member. the prince was in war for years and is likely traumatised and the duke couldn’t take care of everything because 1. he was also healing from loss and 2. he has responsiblities as a duke

damn.. her rant and the final line of the necklace thing.. Really crushed my heart. even if it was bullshit.. Had quite a punch.. I teared up and close to crying 
Even if she’s just bullshitting here, this is a genuinely heartbreaking story she’s weaved her. mad props.
I cannot express how happy I am about that scene. Still in tears even while writing this. ‘Penelope’ is so strong and I’m so damn proud of her for finally speaking up. I hope that Reynolds gets to reflect on his actions and all that’s done to the original Penelope and this Penelope.
