He’s suddenly worried about making a weapon that will hurt and kill people? It’s a bit late. If he only made knives and farming tools, he could claim they are for everyday use and not necessarily for combat. But he’s already made and sold plenty of swords at this point. A sword is made for only one purpose, to kill.
