lol this is so goofy.. I thought this was the middle ages? They have electricity and can power lights? They also have pretty advanced instruments and ways of manipulating metal so that suggests that their forgery is advanced as well? The room has a lot of metal and glass everywhere which makes even less sense considering that the outside makes the hospital look like it’s made out of brick? i usually don’t criticize manhwa or whatnot for this but the worldbuilding is really awful, for some reason a lot of manhwas that take place in the middle ages have very advanced guns such as pistols and rifles yet instead of the military using them it is used by the commoners instead?? also what is the point of swordmen and whatnot if you can just get shot easily?
This is a really weird loophole i just finished watching eminence of the shadow and beginning of the end and they have the same thing, and I could probably list a dozen more like this??

You guys do remember that there was this ‘revolutionary doctor’ probably from earth that came and advanced the medical world by hundreds of years right?
