its ostensibly a “medieval europe” type of webtoon what with the nobles and the princes and kings and such, but then they add in normal regular 9mm pistols? and a straight up modern hospital with an EKG machine and everything? chain link fences and normal sheet metal tra shcans?
the artist for this one clearly doesn’t really give two shits about this so why should the viewers?

awesome i liked the ending
Author clearly has little to no grasp of medical science, engineering and sciology despite trying to tackle all of these field. Not to mention the horrible character writing.
Pretty good if your willing to ignore the many, many inconsistencies in terms of technology, such as;
So yeah. Might wanna turn off your brain for this one. Also that’s only up to chapter 81
This is already on this site, under the name queen with a scalpel (which happens to be also listed as an alternative name). Pretty good read from what I can remember, she does do doctoring which is kinda the point of the story so that’s pretty nice.
It’s pretty similar to the usual “reincarnated as the duchess” love stories, however there’s absolutely nothing wrong with that. The moments where the MC gets to show off her skills as a doctor in a medieval setting are what makes the story interesting. Overall, a very comfy read~

For anyone confused on why the hell the Renaissance era has fucking .44 magnums, grenades, and anything 21st century+ looking, this whole thing is fantasy. For example, how the hell do people even know proper medical knowledge, when lobotomies were created 4 to 5 centuries after?
