TBH, I wish Divine Physician went down this path when Hwa was treating the pregnant lady… the story went out of its way to establish the taboo of a doctor directly treating a woman… but then it didn’t try to work around the taboo in the slightest.

That said, I feel this is done here incredibly poorly. The Josen girl has no meaningful medical training, and they certainly aren’t approaching the patient with consent.
