I am from the future! (I have read ahead pretty far). This is a good one that is worth reading. It has harem vibes but slow romance develpment. You do eventually get to see at least 3 of the mother options topless which is kind of wierd. Nudity is rare in this but it is uncensored female upper bodies only. This is a classic power fantasy story where the MC has a unique power that makes him the strongest in the world. You will periodically get introduced to new characters that are “unbeatable” only to have the MC beat them after some difficulty. Elf Maid is best girl but there are many contenders. 8/10 worth the read.

wow this is some good art, also a very understandable main character and a proper and logical backstory so its not mcs parents being terrorists and torturing him with Chinese water torture then hes also obese and everyone in school throws javelins at him… this is probably the best start to an isekai i’ve seen, also maid aria is so fucking bad holy shit.
with no knowledge of this world but with all knowledge i got from isekais and other mangas i would pick the imortal elf , since it is immortal i would have plenty time to learn magic, swords , martial arts, how to cook, how to be a bum , how to have a slow and fast life , i dont think elfs are immortal , they just dont die by age or sickness, but they can still be killed , so after a large amount of time when i was bored i would just finish it all .

not to mention even MC pick commoner life but will end up getting fame and success all over again, the plot is insulting to read

Anybody else notice how all the other options showed what kinda life he would have? Immortal, millionaire, royalty and sword saint, but it said nothing about the life of the one he actually picked?
I’d choose immortality for sure being immortal doesn’t make you successful plus as an immortal who cares about success in the first place just live care free and you won’t be alone, after all your mother is immortal too and there may be other immortals as well
